I had so many questions and Julia had all the answers. It took me over a month to decide to move forward and she never pushed me once. She did keep me informed of changes in interest rates along the way which helped me understand the product even better. When I made my decision, I didn’t have any concerns at all. She’s just plain awesome!

Julia helped me throughout the process and answered my many questions as best she could. She always made herself available. Even after I decided to abandon the loan she followed up when the market conditions improved and the loan became more doable from my point of view. I truly believe she cared about my needs and what was best for me.
